Help and policies

Shipping

We ship within Australia. Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) on a business day usually leave the same day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers and public holidays. We'll email you a tracking link once your order leaves us.

Returns and refunds

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, contact us within [14] days of delivery. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover the return postage.

If you change your mind, you can return an unopened product within [30] days for a refund of the product price, less the return postage. Opened products can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within [10] business days of us receiving the return.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded, including that they are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
